Focus Interpreting in Colombia seeks a skilled English-Armenian interpreter to provide accurate and professional interpretation services to clients across medical, legal, and social services. This role requires real-time interpretation and strict confidentiality.

You will facilitate effective communication between English and Armenian speakers, maintain high accuracy under pressure, and continuously improve language proficiency.

Formación

• Fluency in both English and Armenian, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong understanding of linguistics and cultural differences, allowing for effective interpretation across different cultures
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy even in high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in medical interpreting is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate effective communication between English and Armenian speakers by interpreting spoken words in real-time
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of interpretation by using industry-standard techniques and equipment
• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain a high level of integrity during interpretation sessions
• Continuously improve language proficiency and subject matter knowledge to better serve our clients in various fields such as medical, legal, and social services
