FedEx is hiring a warehouse associate in Medellín to load and unload packages, audit sizes and weights, and sort items for efficient distribution.

You will use safety equipment, follow FedEx safety policies, operate ramp and warehouse equipment when required, and assist with pickup and delivery as needed.

The position requires a High School degree, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license (C1 or C2) and a good driving record preferred.
• Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload ULDs and vehicles safely.
• Audit package sizes and weights; sort packages accordingly.
• Ensure use of safety equipment and compliance with FedEx safety policies.
• Handle and sort packages while protecting FedEx and customer property.
• Operate vehicles safely when required; assist with pickup and delivery.
• Monitor and organize the work environment and support team operations.
