Worley Bogotá seeks a Quality Specialist II to lead the digital and AI enhancements for Quality systems. The role focuses on AI-enabled dashboards, data governance, and reporting, partnering with Digital/IT to deliver improvements and scalable tools.

The successful candidate will drive data quality, automate workflows, and develop AI assets while collaborating across global teams to integrate quality data into enterprise platforms.

Formación

• University degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and data governance.
• Familiar with AI agents and automation concepts.
• Proficient with Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint and data tooling.
• Experience with data pipelines, Python, APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with Worley Assurance System.
• Ability to support users, troubleshoot issues, and improve usability.
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and process-driven.
• Experience creating dashboards, analytics, or reporting for Quality/audit.

Purpose of the Role

Ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality systems, dashboards, and digital tools, including the integration of AI and machine learning into Quality processes to drive efficiency, enhance insights, and support informed decision ‑ making for business leaders. Additionally, champions artificial intelligence across the Quality function through initiatives such as the development of Quality-focused AI agents and the delivery of AI capability-building and training across the Quality community of practice.

Key Responsibilities

Digital and AI road map

• Work closely with the Quality Leadership Team to support and contribute to the digital and AI roadmap of the Quality function, ensuring alignment with Worley’s digital strategy
• Act as the focal point for advising on digital solutions and AI initiatives that enhance Quality capabilities
• Provide support to global digital initiatives to enable the integration of Quality-related data into global digital platforms and standard delivery software, testing and validation of AI assist tools related to MS/KS System.
• Contribute to improving data structures to enable AI-driven insights and predictive quality analytics.

Quality digital systems and tools

• Administer Quality digital systems, tools, and dashboards, including user access, role management, and configuration support.
• Act as first-line support for Quality digital system issues, data queries, and reporting discrepancies, escalating when required.
• Support Quality digital system enhancements, upgrades, and releases in coordination with system owners and Digital/IT teams.
• Work closely with Worley Assurance System team to coordinate the improvements to enhance the quality of data and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance standard Quality dashboards, scorecards, and routine reports.
• Develop and deliver AI enablement, automation, and simplification of Quality processes and reporting (e.g., automated workflows, intelligent data validation, insights generation).
• Identify opportunities for digitization and continuous improvement of Quality systems and processes.

Quality working groups and networks

• Promote adoption of digital tools and AI-enabled ways of working across the Quality community. Train and assist Quality team on new developed digital and AI tools and agents.
• Maintain and continuously improve AI-retrievable knowledge repositories within collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage), including content structuring, tagging, and access management.

• Timely delivery of Quality reports, dashboards, and audit data
• Improved data quality, consistency, and governance across Quality systems
• Reduction in manual effort through automation and digital enhancements
• Stakeholder satisfaction with accessibility, accuracy, and usability of Quality insights
• Structured, user-friendly, and AI-optimized collaboration and knowledge spaces
• Adoption of AI-enabled tools and process improvements within the Quality function

Key Qualifications

• University degree and over 5 years of experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong understanding of digital tools, and data governance
• Highly familiar with AI agents (e.g Copilot)
• Strong knowledge in digital tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint…etc
• Understanding of data pipelines and analytics, Python, APIs, integrations
• Familiarity with Worley Assurance System
• Ability to support users, troubleshoot issues, and improve system usability
• Pragmatic, structured, and process-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity
• Exposure to AI, automation tools, or digital workflow platforms for process optimization
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience supporting or developing dashboards, analytics, or reporting for Quality, audit, or operational teams
• Familiarity with Worley Quality processes (or equivalent organizational frameworks)
