PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGISTICAS S.A.S. in Cartagena is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to safeguard and enhance the quality of operational processes. You will monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and develop corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

On the team, you will collaborate with Operations to standardize SOPs and reports, turning data into actionable insights and higher service quality. English proficiency and strong Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Professional or student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
• 12+ months of experience in Quality Analyst, Quality Coordinator, or similar roles, ideally with auditing experience in the BPO industry.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure process compliance.
• Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.
• Support the creation and standardization of SOPs, manuals, and process documentation.
• Partner with Operations to implement process improvements and quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
