Kellanova is seeking a Quality Analyst to monitor and control quality programs, oversee PES, QAR, and traceability, and support audits across the plant. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in our manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have strong analytical and communication skills, and be adept with MS Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Science, or a related field.
• Interest in developing a career within manufacturing plants and the food industry environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and standard business software applications.
• Understanding of quality and food safety systems, including Golden Six, CAPA, PES, and Hold & Release processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Program Management: Monitor and control Product Evaluation System (PES) and Quality Assurance Review (QAR) programs through daily product reviews, results analysis, and feedback to operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards by supporting certification requirements, conducting training sessions, maintaining documentation, and participating in internal and global audits.
• Consumer Complaint and KPI Monitoring: Manage consumer complaint processes through Salesforce and support KPI reporting activities to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Material and Warehouse Quality Control: Oversee raw material and packaging inspections, warehouse audits, packaging odor programs, and compliance with established specifications.
• Traceability and Laboratory Operations: Execute traceability exercises, communicate findings to key stakeholders, and manage laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure operational reliability.

Are you passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement? Join our Quality & Food Safety team as a Quality Analyst. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and controlling quality programs, traceability processes, product evaluation systems, and material compliance to ensure our products consistently meet Kellogg's quality standards.

This role also supports food safety, corporate audit requirements, consumer complaint management, and quality laboratory operations while partnering with cross-functional teams across the plant.
