GEA Group in Bogotá is seeking a QHSE Analyst to implement and drive our QHSE strategy in Colombia, working with local managers to minimize risks and prevent accidents.

You will lead trainings, perform inspections, ensure compliance with safety rules, and coordinate with contractors. The role requires at least 3 years QSHE experience and a Health and Safety license, with English on B1+.

Formación

• HSE education or a technical QSHE background with a Health and Safety license.
• At least 3 years of practical QSHE experience in industrial settings.
• Experience delivering safety training and awareness sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and execute QHSE activities per strategy and annual plan.
• Ensure safety and environmental measures during projects and field work.
• Plan and deliver QHSE trainings, onboarding, and safety talks.
• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GEAs safety core rules on sites.
• Conduct inspections and audits at offices, workshops, projects and sites.
• Develop local QHSE management systems and record storage.
• Update hazard/risk assessments and control measures.
• Coordinate safety with all functional units and authorities.
