Responsabilidades

• Organize and manage test plans, test suites, and end‑to‑end traceability within Xray for Jira.
• Oversee test execution on BrowserStack across iOS/Android devices and OS matrices.
• Monitor defect lifecycles, test execution metrics, quality KPIs, and release readiness dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑device regression testing and validate mobile build stability prior to submissions.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, QA Automation Engineers, and Product teams for coverage.
• Drive continuous improvements to testing processes, standards, and release practices.
• Mentor QA team members and promote quality best practices.

About the Role

We are seeking a QA Lead to own the end‑to‑end quality strategy for our mobile applications, ensuring high standards across manual, automated, functional, and non‑functional testing. This role is responsible for defining testing processes, managing test execution, overseeing release readiness, and leading quality initiatives across multiple mobile release channels. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading mobile QA teams, driving quality strategies, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall Quality Strategy covering manual, automated, functional, and non‑functional testing.
• Organize and manage test plans, test suites, and end‑to‑end traceability within Xray for Jira.
• Oversee test execution on BrowserStack across the supported iOS and Android device and operating system matrix.
• Monitor defect lifecycles, test execution metrics, quality KPIs, and release readiness dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑device regression testing and validate mobile build stability prior to App Store and Google Play submissions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Automation Engineers, and Product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Drive continuous improvements to testing processes, quality standards, and release management practices.
• Mentor QA team members and promote quality best practices across the engineering organization.
• Support Agile ceremonies and provide quality leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Core Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in QA roles, with a strong focus on mobile application testing and leadership.
• Proven experience defining and executing end‑to‑end quality strategies.
• Advanced expertise with Jira and Xray for test management and traceability.
• Hands‑on experience with BrowserStack and real‑device cloud testing platforms.
• Strong understanding of manual, automated, functional, regression, and non‑functional testing.
• Experience leading QA teams in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Active U.S. B1/B2 visa valid for at least one additional year. Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must already possess a valid B1/B2 visa.
• Availability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for the first three (3) months onboarding, knowledge transfer, and close collaboration with the client team. All travel and accommodation expenses during this onsite period will be covered by Xebia.
