EPAM NEORIS is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to design, execute, and manage testing strategies across Web, Mobile, Batch, IVR, and Backend applications. You will work autonomously within Agile teams, ensuring product quality from development start to finish, and collaborate with the Product Owner to define acceptance criteria.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing, focusing on Web and Mobile applications.
• Strong experience in test case design and development.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience testing APIs with Postman and basic database queries (Oracle/MongoDB).
• Proficiency with Jira and test management tools (Azure DevOps, TestRail).

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Execute tests across Web, Mobile, Batch, IVR, and Backend applications.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and track issues using Jira.
• Validate services and APIs using Postman.
• Document test evidence and results in a structured manner.
• Collaborate with developers and the Product Owner to clarify requirements.
• Identify and propose improvements to the testing process.
