Softgic is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. You will develop automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure software quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA with test automation, strong programming skills (Python/Java/JavaScript/C#), and hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and test data management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and support their resolution.
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and automation best practices while mentoring junior team members.
