Lancesoft in Bogotá seeks a Python developer to finish integrations between restaurant systems and enterprise platforms. You will design and build Python Azure Functions exposing REST endpoints and processing Service Bus messages.

You will extend services with new SQL Server tables and ID-allocation logic, re-implement MuleSoft integrations on Azure, write tests, maintain docs, and collaborate with DBAs and platform teams to sequence changes and go-lives.

Formación

• 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python development experience, including RESTful API development and integration services.
• Experience developing and supporting serverless applications using Azure Functions (Python).
• Experience with core Azure services such as Service Bus, Azure Storage, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
• Experience working with relational databases from Python.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to read and understand existing integration code to modify or re-implement behavior.
• Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build Python Azure Functions that expose REST endpoints and process Service Bus messages, following established patterns.
• Add new capabilities to existing services—new SQL Server tables and endpoints, ID-allocation logic, and secure configuration via Key Vault.
• Read MuleSoft integration logic and re-implement behavior in Python so downstream consumers see no difference.
• Write unit and integration tests, keep documentation current, and produce runbooks for deployments.
• Run new services in parallel with legacy systems, perform cutover, and retire old integration cleanly.
• Coordinate with DBA, platform, and project teams to sequence table changes, API registration, and go-lives.
