Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the objectives of the company in relation to clients and the different administrations involved in each specific case.
  • Control and organization of the documentation of each data center project.
  • Support management in the development of this business area.
  • Lead the team assigned to the project, defining guidelines, assigning tasks and supervising internal and external resources.
  • Provide resource performance information and define project plan documents in coordination with the Project Controls department.
  • Monitor and control the progress and financial aspects of the project, including billing, costs, expenses and cash flow.
  • Identify and manage project risks and ensure opportunity tracking.
  • Capture, analyze and share lessons learned during the project.
  • Ensure formal project closeout as contractually agreed and promote formal acceptance by the client.
  • Live the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for their own actions and taking care of their colleagues and the company.

Requirements:

  • Desirable experience of at least 5 years in Data Center project management and at least 10 years of experience in construction project management as Site Manager or Project Manager.
  • Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Technical and management knowledge and ability to implement it to obtain the required results.
  • Project planning.
  • Cost management and control.
  • Elaboration and follow-up of schedules.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Effective reporting.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Education:

  • Industrial engineer (electrical, mechanical, etc.), electrical engineer, telecommunications engineer, public works engineer, or any other engineer with relevant Data Center experience.
