Job summary
Keyrus is seeking an Project Management & AI Intern in Colombia to support the coordination and execution of innovative AI initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across business and technology, helping ensure projects progress efficiently and stakeholders stay aligned.
The role targets students pursuing internships in engineering or IT fields, with strong English skills and a genuine interest in AI and automation.
Qualifications
- Students currently pursuing their professional internship/practicum in programs such as: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration and, other related fields.
- English B2+ (required).
- Comfortable participating in meetings, presentations, and day‑to‑day conversations in English.
- Available to start a university internship according to academic requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Practical experience through academic, personal, research, or extracurricular projects involving AI.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them
- Structured communication skills to document solutions and present technical ideas clearly

As a Project Management & AI Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of innovative AI initiatives while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.
This role is ideal for a student who combines strong organizational and communication skills with a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and hands‑on experience building AI solutions, agents, or automation projects.
You will help ensure projects move forward efficiently, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI initiatives deliver meaningful value.
