Are you passionate about television programming and content planning? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Programming team as a Linear Content Planner for our Baltics General Entertainment channels.

About the Role

As a key member of the Programming team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely linear schedules and plans for our Baltics channels. Working closely with the Programming Manager, you’ll ensure all content plans are aligned with strategic goals and delivered across platforms including Excel and WON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver monthly linear schedules in Excel and WON based on agreed programming strategies.
  • Manage EPG uploads and TV guide deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and databases, including roll-outs and content plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Media Planning, Creative Services) to ensure smooth broadcast and delivery.
  • Communicate schedule information across departments and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in TV media or multi-feed channel programming.
  • Degree-level education in Communications or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the media market, especially in the kids’ entertainment space.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as WON.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in audience analysis is a plus.
