Job summary

WPP Media Limited, part of the Global Operations Centre, is seeking an Executive to coordinate regional teams and support digital media campaign launches. You will monitor campaigns, ensure data accuracy, and produce daily reports, contributing to insightful commentary for leadership.

The role requires strong English, sharp analytical abilities, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. This position follows a hybrid model with office attendance several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with regional teams and be a strong communicator.
• Support digital media campaign launches and setup according to established processes.
• Monitor and report on digital media campaign checks across channels/platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP Media campaign management software.
• Produce daily campaign reports, including daily pacing, data inputting and providing commentary to regional teams.
