Find Job Latam is seeking a Program Management Lead in Bogotá to oversee IT project and program management within a formal PMO. You will lead Project Managers and drive delivery of programs and portfolios in regulated enterprise IT environments.

The role requires 10–12+ years in IT project/program management, strong leadership of PMOs, and proficiency with PMO tooling and English. Expect collaboration with senior stakeholders and international delivery teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience
• 10–12+ years of progressively senior experience in IT project/program management
• Strong program and portfolio delivery leadership in enterprise IT environments
• Experience leading Project Managers within a formal PMO structure
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and delivery teams
• Advanced risk, dependency, and decision management capabilities
• Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
