Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, lead integrations, and drive robust end-to-end testing while serving as the SME for WMS capabilities and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with focus on WMS platforms.
• 6–8 years specialized in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL, system integration standards and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements: translate needs into epics, stories and specs.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for supply chain scenarios.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active configurations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.


• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.


• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.


• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.


• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
