Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will own backlog, drive integrations with ERP/TMS, and provide SME guidance on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations, while leveraging strong SQL and Agile practices to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain Management.
• 6-8 years focused on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL and integration standards experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery and end-to-end testing.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

• Lead integration: REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.


• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.


• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.


• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.


• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
