ToolsGroup Inc. in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to drive the expansion of our industry-leading software suite.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate vision into detailed requirements and deliver high-value features that meet customer needs. Focus on agile practices, collaborating with UX, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, and Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and enablement materials that support successful launches

Formación

• 5+ years in retail planning roles or 3+ years as a Product Owner in SaaS.
• Experience writing user stories and defining product roadmaps.
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Embed within development Scrum Teams to deliver high-value features and enhancements across our productsuite.
• Translate product vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate delivered software to ensure it meets business and user needs.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile best practices within the team.
• Partner with UX designers to plan and validate new product initiatives through user research and feedback.
• Work with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks, release notes).
• Support product launches with coordinated communication plans and sales enablement programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed and engaged with product updates.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends; maintain competitive intelligence resources such as battlecards.

Qualifications

• Experience
  • 5+ years in the retail industry as a merchandise planner, assortment planner, allocator, buyer, or similar role; OR
  • 3+ years as a ProductOwnerin a Scrum-based software development environment, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise analytics, or AI-drivenproducts.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories, definingproductroadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, including navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and drivingproductinitiatives independently.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
