Job summary

Olly Olly is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to translate strategy and customer needs into actionable work for engineering teams. You will own backlog quality, write detailed requirements, and support refinement and launch planning with a cross-functional partner set including Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success.

You will excel at balancing speed with rigor, wiring clear acceptance criteria, and leading initiatives from ideation through iteration to measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst role.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Demonstrated skill in backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to fast-moving environments.
• Balance strategic context with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned to company priorities.
• Break down initiatives into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Partner with engineering to ensure work is scoped, refined, and sequenced.
• Drive product development from discovery to launch with clear lifecycle steps.
• Collaborate with design to ground workflows in real user needs.
• Support release readiness, user acceptance testing, and post-launch learning.
• Gather input from stakeholders and customers to shape requirements and priorities.
• Improve backlog health, documentation, and execution processes.
