We are growing the runZero Product team and are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our Exposure Management platform. As a Product Manager, you’ll own the “what” and “why” of what we build—translating customer needs and market opportunities into a clear roadmap that drives impact.
You will collaborate closely with sales, customer engineering, product marketing, and engineering to define and prioritize initiatives, enable customer-facing teams, and ensure we deliver best-in-class products. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires excellent writing skills, customer empathy, organizational strength, and an ability to translate big-picture strategy into clear, actionable execution.
Salary: runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $175,000 - $200,000. We know that the talent market is always in flux, so please let us know if you believe we have advertised this role in the wrong salary band. We also provide equity to all employees.
