ScotiaGBS Colombia del grupo Scotiabank is looking for a Procurement Analyst to enhance supplier relationship management and cost insights. You will aggregate spend, contracts, and performance data across lines and prepare insightful reports for decision makers.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, creation of supplier scorecards, and development of a 360-degree supplier view to drive value across the bank's operations.

Formación

• 1–2 years in supplier relationship management, financial services, or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• Proven ability to build sustainable, transparent partnerships.
• Extensive experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders for service delivery.
• Strong strategic thinker with leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

At ScotiaGBS we want you to be part of a team that is always in personal and professional growth, for this reason we are looking for our new Procurement Analyst.

What will you do?

• Aggregate reporting and analyzing supplier spend, contract and performance across business lines and providing insights to cost management and contractual commitment opportunities.
• Support the scheduling of supplier relationship management meetings (ensuring all the internal and external stakeholders are included), including documenting meeting minutes and action items are captured and track to closure.
• Support the creation and aggregation of supplier scorecard information as it pertains to the Bank’s external supplier relationships, and enterprise-wide coordination of supplier relationship activities across Business Lines and Functions.
• Support the creation of the supplier 360-degree view by understanding how the supplier performs across different product / service areas within the Bank aggregate information and share insights with stakeholders (i.e. GPS Category /Sourcing Managers).
• Prepare decks and presentations for relationship meetings, provide key supplier metrics for reporting to Enterprise Third Party Management Program Team.
• Support the coordination of tracking and closing of supplier issue and incidents that are escalated, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and informed.
