Kruger Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Solution Analyst in Medellín to analyze and optimize business processes and data flows. You will collaborate with process owners, SMEs, and IT to deliver scalable improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.

The role focuses on process mapping, solution design, and hands-on automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI-enabled workflows, contributing to enterprise readiness and efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, or automation-related roles.
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Exposure to RPA and/or AI-enabled solutions is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Map and document end-to-end business processes and data flows across functions.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and data gaps.
• Support enterprise initiatives to simplify and standardize processes across units.
• Translate improvement opportunities into actionable requirements and future-state designs.
• Design, configure, and implement automated solutions using Power Platform and RPA.
• Collaborate with developers and IT for testing, validation, and refinement.
• Maintain centralized inventory of process maps and automation documentation.
• Define and track KPIs related to process efficiency and automation performance.
• Support change management activities and adoption of new tools.
