About The Role

Are you passionate about building intelligent automation solutions that combine conversational bots, RPA, and low-code design? Join our team as a Power Platform & AI Automation Engineer and help us transform business workflows across Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversational workflow agents using Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Develop cloud flows, adaptive card approvals, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) scripts to automate end-to-end processes.
• Build and integrate custom APIs and connectors (REST, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Handle OAuth 2.0, API pagination, throttling, and webhook/event integrations.
• Secure and manage credentials using Azure Key Vault and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Write and run tests, deploy solutions via CI/CD pipelines, and support production with logging and runbooks.
• Monitor usage and cost of agents to stay within budget thresholds.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in software engineering or automation roles, with hands-on API and RPA development.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Automate cloud flows, Approvals, and Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs (Azure Functions, Node.js, .NET, etc.).
• Strong grasp of Power Automate Desktop for RPA (selectors, retries, unattended mode).
• Proficiency with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, PowerFX, JSON, and OData queries.
• DevOps familiarity: Git, version control, deployment across Power Platform environments.
• Clear communicator able to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, or AI-powered summarization.
• Understanding Finance or Ops workflows (e.g., procurement, onboarding).
• Familiarity with cost optimization and monitoring pay-as-you-go consumption in Power Platform.
