Publicis Production en Bogotá busca un coordinador PMO con 1 a 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos dentro de una agencia o entorno de marketing. Apoyarás a los Project Managers en la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de proyectos multicanal, asegurando plazos, hitos y documentación.

Responsibilities

• Apoyar a los Project Managers en la creación, mantenimiento y distribución de cronogramas y calendarios.
• Construir y mantener proyectos en Adobe Workfront, asignando fechas, hitos y tareas.
• Asistir a reuniones de proyecto, documentar decisiones clave y capturar acciones y riesgos.
• Colaborar con equipos internos para entregar activos creativos a tiempo, sin errores y conforme a los requerimientos.
• Rastrear y monitorear hitos críticos en conjunto con los Project Managers.
• Apoyar la creación y mantenimiento de documentación PMO y plantillas de gobernanza.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a PMO Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management within an agency or marketing-related environment. Their mission will focus on supporting Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of omnichannel marketing projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, tasks, and project documentation are properly managed. They will work closely with internal teams across Business Leadership, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management, using Adobe Workfront to maintain project workflows, track critical milestones, identify risks, and ensure creative assets are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of project timelines and schedules.
• Build and maintain projects in Adobe Workfront, ensuring dates, milestones, and tasks are properly assigned and tracked.
• Attend project meetings, document key decisions, and capture actions and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, error-free, and according to requirements.
• Track and monitor critical project milestones in partnership with Project Managers.
• Support the creation and maintenance of PMO documentation, governance materials, and templates.
