At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Production Engagement Lead with 9–12 years of experience in account leadership, engagement management, integrated production, or delivery leadership roles within advertising agencies, production studios, marketing operations, or creative services environments. The mission of this role is to serve as the strategic owner of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth while acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Client Engagement & Account Leadership

• Serve as the primary senior point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and business partnership.
• Own overall account health, including client satisfaction, delivery performance, financial discipline, and strategic alignment.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, brands, audiences, and market dynamics to provide meaningful recommendations and guidance.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimization, innovation, and account expansion.
• Influence client decision-making through strategic thinking, business acumen, and solution-oriented recommendations.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with senior client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and strong partnership management.

Integrated Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated production and marketing initiatives, ensuring successful execution against scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Partner with Creative, Production, Strategy, Technology, Media, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
• Work closely with discipline leaders to drive cohesive planning, resource alignment, and successful campaign delivery.
• Identify operational and delivery risks early, leading mitigation plans and resolution strategies.
• Ensure the most effective delivery methodologies are applied based on project complexity, scope, and business objectives.
• Lead post-project reviews and ensure lessons learned are translated into continuous improvement opportunities.

Strategic & Business Contribution

• Support account retention and growth by consistently delivering operational excellence and strategic value.
• Partner with leadership teams on account planning, forecasting, business reviews, and growth initiatives.
• Balance creative ambition, operational feasibility, and financial performance when guiding client and delivery decisions.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, delivery quality, and commercial outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving production models to bring innovative solutions to clients and teams.

People Leadership & Culture

• Mentor, support, and develop account and delivery team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a role model for client partnership, delivery leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support onboarding, integration, and development of new team members and strategic partners.

Cualificaciones

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Production, Project Management, or a related field.
• 9–12 years of experience in account leadership, engagement management, integrated production, or client services roles.
• Proven experience managing complex accounts and senior client relationships.
• Demonstrated success managing fast-paced accounts with multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining operational and financial performance.
• Experience working across integrated channels, including digital, video, social, print, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, delivery models, stakeholder management, and account operations.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
