Rykontech is seeking a senior platform engineer to build and maintain our internal developer platform, enabling engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably.
You will design self-service deployment workflows, implement observability, and drive platform adoption across teams while shaping SLOs and API tooling. This is a high-impact, globally remote role with equity and top-tier compensation.
Formación
- 5+ years in platform or infrastructure engineering.
- Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise.
- Experience building developer platforms or internal tools.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Understanding of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with API design and microservices architecture.
- Track record of shipping high-quality, well-documented products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build internal developer platforms and tooling.
- Create self-service workflows for deployment and infrastructure.
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions.
- Drive platform adoption across engineering teams.
- Define and maintain platform SLOs and documentation.
- Build APIs and CLIs for platform services.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
