Job summary

BairesDev, a global technology services company, seeks a Platform Engineer to design and run scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications with ease.

You will implement IaC with Terraform and Helm, apply GitOps with ArgoCD, and collaborate with product teams to define platform standards while ensuring reliability, security, and performance across environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.

As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain robust, scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly while abstracting away underlying complexity.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment and configuration.
