Thoropass is seeking a Penetration Testing Manager to lead a 4–5 person pentest team, mentor colleagues, and deliver high-quality assessments. You will balance hands-on testing with team leadership and collaborate with peers to standardize practices across the pentest function.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in pentesting or red teaming.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in web, API, mobile and network pentesting.
• Knowledge of AI-powered security testing and testing AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Pentest team of 4–5 pentesters and provide technical guidance and development support.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Thoropass standards.
• Conduct 1:1s, coaching sessions, and technical reviews to maintain motivation and quality.
• Collaborate with other Pentest Managers to balance workloads and standardize processes.
• Perform web, network, API, and LLM/MCP pentests using mixed methods and AI-assisted tooling.
