Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant Lead to join a global team supporting SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management across Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru. You’ll optimize payroll processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in an international environment with multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
• At least 4 years in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving CATS with Positive and Negative Time Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru, including Taxes, Benefits Administration, Vacation Processes and Local Payroll Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Time Evaluation and Payroll Schemas.
• Experience with PCRs and SAP Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll solutions.
• Perform break/fix activities, troubleshooting, monitoring, testing, and minor enhancements.
• Design, build, and configure solutions to support business processes and application requirements.
• Work with Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Time Evaluation configurations.
• Analyze and resolve complex payroll and time management issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Participate in enhancements, testing activities, and process improvements.
• Support implementation and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting project timelines and service expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing across teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
