Alianza Team is seeking a Packaging Procurement Analyst to manage end-to-end sourcing of packaging materials for FMCG operations in Bogotá. You will ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity across our product lines.

You will lead category management, strategic sourcing, and collaboration with suppliers and R&D to drive innovation and efficiency while monitoring market fluctuations that impact costs.

Formación

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–3 years in packaging and packing materials procurement.
• Industry experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage is required.
• English level: B2 minimum (C1 preferred) for communication with international suppliers and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis in Excel, teamwork, and strategic supply chain thinking.

Responsabilidades

Are you an expert in packaging material management with a passion for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) world? At Alianza Team, we are looking for an analytical and strategic professional to ensure our supply chain has the best packaging alternatives, guaranteeing quality, sustainability, competitiveness, and efficiency.

What is your purpose?

You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle of packaging materials (plastics, corrugated cardboard, labels, containers, wraps, etc.) for our business units. Your work directly impacts our product innovation and the company's cost competitiveness.

Your main challenges:

• Category Management: Lead the purchase of packaging, ensuring the best conditions in terms of price, quality, and lead times.


• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and develop new suppliers that bring innovation and sustainability to the portfolio, and lead qualification processes to guarantee supply security.


• Market Analysis: Monitor raw material fluctuations (such as resins or paper) to anticipate cost impacts.


• Innovation Support: Work hand-in-hand with R&D to validate the technical and financial viability of new packaging; propose innovation and efficiency projects that deliver value to the supply chain.


• Supply Assurance: Guarantee that our plants have the necessary inputs to avoid production downtime.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in packaging and packing materials procurement.


• Industry Sector: Mandatory experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage companies.


• Languages: English level Minimum B2 (C1 preferred), as you will be in contact with international suppliers and handle regional reporting.


• Skills: Negotiation, data analysis in Excel, teamwork, and a strategic vision of the supply chain.
