Capgemini Engineering is hiring an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise Oracle databases. You will work with development, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver scalable database environments and support mission-critical applications.

The role requires strong PL/SQL development, performance tuning, RMAN backups, and Linux/Unix experience. Collaboration across global teams and on-call support are expected.

Formación

• 4-6 years hands-on Oracle DBA experience.
• Experience with Oracle 12c/19c or newer.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and support Oracle Database environments.
• Monitor database health, performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and views.
• Perform performance tuning using AWR/ASH, SQL Trace, and Explain Plans.
• Manage backup, recovery, and DR activities (RMAN).
• Administer security, users, roles, and access controls.
• Automate routine DBA tasks using PL/SQL and Shell scripting.
