Job summary

PriceSmart, Inc. is seeking a Professional in Optometry to join our Optical Center team. You will provide comprehensive optometric care, maintain accurate clinical records, and support achievement of commercial and operational goals while ensuring an excellent Member experience.

The role requires a professional degree in Optometry, at least 2 years of experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. Membership in the relevant country association is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Optometry is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional optometry experience.
• Member of the country’s professional association, if applicable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commercial orientation with the ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care to Members visiting the Optical Center.
• Perform evaluations and use instruments for professional assessment and diagnosis.
• Offer clear guidance based on individual Member needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and documentation.
• Contribute to commercial and operational performance of the Optical Center.
• Collaborate with the Optical Center team to achieve shared goals.
