At InPost, we innovate, move fast, and deliver excellence every day. We’re looking for a Project Manager within the Operations Department with strong leadership skills and preferably some background in transport or logistics to drive cross-functional projects and ensure smooth delivery.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Lead projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and track milestones.
Manage risks, propose solutions, and escalate when needed.
Report progress clearly to stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact for business clients on operational topics, addressing logistics needs and inquiries promptly.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and business growth.
Act as the liaison between Sales and Logistics, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and transfer of requirements so client expectations are met.
Drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Must-Have:
English: B2/C1(spoken & written).
Daily meetings in English & all written communication in English.
2+ years of Project Management experience.
Important:
Experience in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Strong communication & multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
Analysis tools knowledge such as Excel and Power BI.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in transport or logistics projects.
PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.).
Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project…).
