ROMEU is seeking an Operation Control Adviser in Bogotá to strengthen our operations control and auditing function. You will ensure accurate invoice accruals, audit sales and cost processes, and maintain balance sheet integrity to support transparent and efficient operations.

The role requires a student or professional in accounting or related fields, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Record and verify the accrual of supplier invoices (domestic and international).
• Audit operations (sales and costs), identifying findings and ensuring proper process application.
• Prepare findings reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Control and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with additional operations control tasks.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Operation Control Adviser para fortalecer nuestro equipo de control y auditoría de operaciones. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar la correcta causación de facturas, auditar procesos de venta y costos, y asegurar la integridad de las cuentas de balance, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y transparencia de nuestras operaciones.

What will your functions be?

Responsabilidades principales:

• Registrar y verificar la causación de facturas de proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
• Realizar auditoría de operaciones (ventas y costos), identificando hallazgos y asegurando la correcta aplicación de procesos.
• Elaborar reportes de hallazgos y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
• Controlar y analizar las cuentas de balance, garantizando exactitud y cumplimiento contable.
• Apoyar en tareas adicionales relacionadas con la gestión y control de operaciones.

Perfil requerido:

• Estudiante o profesional en Contaduría, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
• Habilidades de análisis y atención al detalle.
• Conocimiento en procesos contables, auditoría y control de operaciones.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse de manera efectiva.
