Formación

  • Experience in business continuity or third-party risk, preferably in the Spanish financial services sector.
  • Understanding of risk frameworks and the financial ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English, no certification required.

Overview

Job Title


Operational Resilience & Third-Party Risk Manager



Summary of the role

You’ll be part of the Risk and Compliance team at Outpayce, helping to coordinate and implement operational resilience and third-party risk activities. You’ll work across business units to support contingency planning, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to Amadeus group initiatives and the Organizational Resilience Community.



Responsibilities


  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of Outpayce’s Business Continuity Management processes, including Business Impact Analysis, contingency planning, and disaster recovery.

  • Collaborate across business units to enhance resilience strategies and support secure, compliant third-party onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.

  • Support regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, EBA), including reporting to senior leadership and regulators, and contributing to certification and audit processes.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the Crisis Management framework, including escalation procedures, team roles, and communication protocols.

  • Represent Outpayce in corporate initiatives and cross-business unit projects, aligning resilience and risk practices with broader organizational goals.



About the ideal candidate


  • Experience in Operational Resilience which includes areas such as business continuity (BC) or BC-related areas, third-party risk or regulatory compliance, preferably within the Spanish financial services or payments sector.

  • Understanding of IT systems, risk frameworks, and the financial ecosystem.

  • Fluent in English; no certification required.

  • Skilled in organizing and facilitating workshops to drive action and awareness.
