Lean Solutions Group in Barranquilla is seeking an Operational Compliance Analyst for a hybrid role based in Barranquilla. You will support the Integrated Management Systems (IMS/SIG) compliance, risk management, KPI analysis, internal audits, documentation control, and tracking of findings and corrective actions across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, an ISO internal auditor certification, and 1–2 years of admin and management-systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or final semesters in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor for Iso Standards 9001 - 14001- 45001 - 27001
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative tasks and management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and/or Information Security.
• Knowledge and experience using tools and software for Integrated Management Systems (IMS/SIG)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will support the coordination and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures. You will contribute to risk management, KPI analysis, internal audits, documentation control, and the follow-up of findings and corrective actions across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree or final semesters in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor for Iso Standards 9001 - 14001- 45001 - 27001

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative tasks and management systems.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of ISO standards related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and/or Information Security.
• Knowledge and experience using tools and software for Integrated Management Systems (IMS/SIG).
