NLP Engineer at BairesDev

As an NLP Engineer, you will design and architect advanced natural language processing systems to extract value from unstructured text. You will connect linguistic data with machine learning models to enable sophisticated text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement scalable NLP systems using transformers and modern text processing techniques.
• Develop and optimize models for entity recognition and sentiment analysis using spaCy and relevant frameworks.
• Architect robust pipelines for large-scale language understanding and text classification tasks.
• Collaborate with data science teams to translate complex linguistic requirements into production-ready software.
• Ensure the performance and accuracy of NLP models through rigorous testing and iterative improvement.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML.
• Proven expertise in building natural language processing systems including text classification and entity recognition.
• Advanced proficiency in working with transformers and text processing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy.
• Strong background in designing and architecting scalable language understanding solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
