ScotiaGBS Colombia is seeking a Senior Manager, GWO Static Data Execution to lead global data operations for counterparty static data. You will drive day-to-day data management, risk controls, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with GBM teams across regions.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, evaluate automation opportunities, manage budgets, and ensure timely, accurate data in FATCA, EMIR, Dodd-Frank contexts. Night-shift availability is required.

Formación

• Post-secondary degree or diploma with relevant business experience.
• Ability to work independently with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in recruiting, building, coaching, and motivating a high-performing operations team across regions and time zones.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and information gathering skills; ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements affecting GBM businesses; counterparty setup experience is an asset.
• Advanced English; availability to work night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage static data setup for counterparties and resolve issues to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with static data teams and GBM stakeholders to investigate data issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with FATCA, Volcker, EMIR, Dodd-Frank and regulator bodies.
• Identify and evaluate automation and technology solutions to improve data flows.
• Oversee budgets and optimize costs in GBM operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to a global, high-performing team across regions and time zones.
• Work in night shift as required.
