PLUXEE COLOMBIA S.A.S. leads technology strategy and IT operations to support global business objectives from Bogote1, Colombia. The role collaborates across departments to integrate tech solutions, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, secure systems.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT with leadership experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and relevant certifications, in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, preferably global/multinational environments.
• 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally reporting to the CEO/C‑Level.
• CISSP or equivalent preferred. Cloud and Payment certification is ideal.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee all IT operations and ensure efficient and secure IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions.

• Ensure compliance with technology standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to the technology team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, preferably in global/multinational environments.
• 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally reporting to the CEO/C‑Level.
• Experience working in Financial and Payments companies is highly valued.
• Experience with Azure, Datadog, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD, ERP systems, cybersecurity tools and Artificial Intelligence is highly valued.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent preferred. Cloud and Payment certification is ideal.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Availability to work in a hybrid working scheme (Bogota, Colombia).

Reporting Structure

Report directly to VP IT&Payments of Latam & US and dotted‑line to Pluxee Colombia Country Manager.
