Job summary

Digital Links Inc. is seeking a hands-on QA Lead to drive quality engineering for a large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform in a nearshore setup.

You will lead QA across functional, automation, regression, and performance testing, coordinating with client QA, engineering, and product teams. The role emphasizes building Playwright + TypeScript automation, overseeing JMeter performance testing, and guiding distributed QA teams through releases and validations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
• SFCC/SFRA testing or equivalent commerce platform experience.
• Hands-on Playwright + TypeScript automation development.
• Knowledge of API testing and end-to-end validation.
• JMeter performance/load testing experience.
• GitLab or similar CI/CD tooling for automated QA.
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership of distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing.
• Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments, and releases.
• Lead and enhance Playwright + TypeScript automation.
• Manage JMeter performance testing and reporting.
• Oversee defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics.
• Support production releases and after-hours validation when required.
• Lead distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer.
