Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a portfolio of travel plaza redevelopment projects across the United States. You will oversee ground-up developments, fuel station upgrades, and QSR fit-outs, coordinating with design, operations, and restaurant brands while driving on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role offers field involvement, travel to project sites, and opportunities for advancement into Senior Construction Management and Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening; maintain schedules and milestones.
