GlobalLogic is seeking a Mobile QA Automation Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering team delivering regulated mobile software for diabetes care. You will focus on building high-quality automated tests in Python for Android, integrating with CI/CD, and ensuring robust test coverage for international markets.

Role emphasizes hands-on automation (≈80%) and manual testing (≈20%), collaboration with developers and DevOps, and contributing to scalable test scripts using Appium, Espresso or UI

Formación

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with Android test automation and Android Studio.
• Experience with a mobile automation framework such as Appium, Espresso, or UI Automator.
• Practical experience with manual testing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Automation: Build and maintain scalable Android test scripts using Python and mobile testing tools.
• CI/CD Integration: Embed automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous build validation.
• Manual QA: Perform targeted manual and exploratory testing (20%) for edge cases and release verification.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers and DevOps to track defects and speed up release cycles.
