GlobalLogic in Medellín is seeking an experienced Mobile QA Engineer to focus on automated and manual testing for Android applications. You will build, maintain, and expand automated test scripts using Python and industry-standard mobile testing tools, while collaborating with developers and DevOps to ensure fast, reliable releases.
You will participate in 20% manual testing, validate edge cases, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements across international projects.
Formación
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with Android test automation and Android Studio.
- Experience with a mobile automation framework such as Appium, Espresso, or UI Automator.
- Practical experience with manual testing.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsabilidades
- Automation: Build and maintain scalable Android test scripts using Python and mobile testing tools.
- CI/CD Integration: Embed automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous build validation.
- Manual QA: Perform targeted manual and exploratory testing (20%) for edge cases and release verification.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers and DevOps to track defects and speed up release cycles.
