Blossom in Colombia is seeking a curious Mobile Software Engineer to build production mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native. You will own real intelligent products from day one with mentorship and a team that will help you level up.

You’ll work primarily with React Native, ship updates OTA, write specs before coding, and use agentic AI tools as a core part of how you work. Applicants should have a professional degree in CS or related field, 4+ years of software development, and 1+

• Own end-to-end mobile product development and shipping to app stores.
• Audit and validate AI-generated code before committing to main branches.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver fintech-grade mobile experiences.

About the role

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Mobile Software Engineer eager to grow in the fintech space. If you have hands-on experience building production mobile apps and want to own real intelligent products from day one with mentorship and a team that will help you level up, this role is for you. You'll work primarily on React Native, ship updates over the air, write detailed specs before coding, and use agentic AI tools as a core part of how you work.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in software development
• 1+ year working with AI-First practices and agentic AI workflows
• English: intermediate level desirable, not mandatory

Technical skills

Mobile: React Native, TypeScript, Apollo Client, GraphQL, OTA Deployments (CodePush), Xcode, Android Studio
Backend: Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
Methodology: Spec Driven Development (SDD), TDD, Agentic AI
