AgileEngine is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial operations across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil and Colombia. This role owns contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment processing, while coordinating daily with IT, HR, and Delivery teams.

You will review hours in the time-tracking system, manage payments on platforms, and respond to contractor finance questions, while tracking equipment and staying current on local regulatory changes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Accounting.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and offboard contractors end to end.
• Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors.
• Review hours reported in the time-tracking system.
• Manage payments through payment platforms.
• Answer finance questions from contractors.
• Communicate with vendors on operational finance issues.
• Coordinate daily with other Finance teams on cross-functional questions.
• Track corporate and client-owned equipment, reconciling asset status.
• Monitor local finance and regulatory changes in Brazil and Colombia.
