AgileEngine is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial operations across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil and Colombia. You will own contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment processing, collaborating with IT, HR, and Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, 0–3 years of accounting experience, and upper-intermediate English.

• 0-3 years of experience in Accounting.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors.
• Review and validate hours reported in the time-tracking system.
• Manage payment operations through payment platforms.
• Answer finance-related questions from contractors.
• Communicate with vendors on operational finance issues.
• Coordinate daily with other Finance teams on cross-functional questions.
• Track corporate and client-owned equipment, reconciling asset status.
• Monitor local finance and legal/regulatory changes in Brazil and Colombia.
