FPT Latin America is seeking an English-speaking (B2+) Mid Full Stack Software Engineer to join a team powering a Data Platform. You will design, build, and optimize software across front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating with Product Management to align solutions with business goals.

The role emphasizes production support, automation, and data management. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and a degree in CS or related field.

Formación

• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with SQL Server / relational databases.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• AWS experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.
• Build solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Work closely with Product Management and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and support production applications.
• Drive improvements through automation, performance optimization, and technology adoption.
• Contribute to data pipelines, streaming solutions, and data management capabilities.
• Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
