Job Description

As a Membership Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting member onboarding, engagement, and renewals. You’ll help ensure a seamless experience for members, maintain critical data and resources, and power the visibility of employee-owned companies across the globe.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite Term Type Contract

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Work setup: Work From Home / Remote

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications:

  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using modern tech tools (Notion, Asana, Zoom, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Action-oriented
  • Customer-focused

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage member account information and records
  • Assist with member onboarding and initial setup, including invoicing
  • Monitor member engagement and recommend follow-up actions
  • Support membership renewals by creating value reports and compiling data
  • Review customized materials to ensure quality
  • Upload documents to the member portal for easy access
  • Manage Certified EO’s public-facing directories and databases
