Job summary

Barakat + Bossa is a U.S.-based law firm seeking a Paralegal to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín. This full-time, on-site role works closely with an experienced U.S. legal team, drafting documents, managing files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks.

No prior U.S. law experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. You will gain hands-on exposure to high-profile litigation and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Colombia.
• English proficiency at C1 level (oral and written).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
