Gallagher seeks a seasoned project manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for the MBM EB Alliances team across multiple countries. You will shape plans, track milestones, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across MBM, Talent, GBS, GGB, and GGN, guiding campaigns, thought leadership, market materials, and technology/AI projects to ensure timely, clear delivery.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Advanced English; French helpful.
• Experience using project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and timelines across several teams.
• Ability to clearly share project status with meetings and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with changing priorities.

Overview

You’ll lead strategic projects that help the MBM EB Alliances team and wider practice grow. The work covers marketing participation, thought leadership, business development, sales initiatives, campaign tracking, technology and AI projects, revenue growth tracking, benefits benchmark surveys, and other priorities that support the business across countries. You’ll help turn ideas into clear plans, keep work moving, and make sure leaders have a simple view of progress.

How you’ll make an impact

• You’ll manage a portfolio of projects for the MBM EB Alliances leadership team and help bring order to complex work across many teams. That means setting up project plans, tracking milestones, watching timelines, and building reporting that shows what is on track, what needs attention, and what comes next.
• You’ll work closely with colleagues across MBM, Talent, GBS, GGB, and GGN, and you’ll use the right tools and support to keep delivery moving at pace.
• Your projects may include sales and marketing campaigns, thought leadership and market materials, technology and AI work across Gallagher IT solutions and client platforms such as Connect, Go, and Drive, revenue sharing and portfolio growth tracking, large-scale change work, benefits benchmark surveys, and ad hoc business needs. You’ll also support project content, help answer questions from partner teams, and bring people together so work can move forward clearly and on time.

About you

• You’ll have 7 to 10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple countries, with work linked to marketing, sales, or business growth.
• You’ll have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• You’ll work in advanced English. Advanced French is helpful.
• You’ll have used project management tools to track daily tasks, milestones, and timelines for several teams at once.
• You’ll be able to share project status clearly in meetings and in writing, including updates for senior stakeholders.
• You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and switching between different priorities.
